Terms and conditions. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organization The applicant should be between 18 years and above, of age in the year of entry. The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (passport/birth certificate/ ID / school certificate etc) The female applicant should not be expectant during the day of the boot camp and main event The applicant should be a natural born female or male The applicant should be a Kenyan citizen and should be a resident of the region one is auditioning or lived in the area for the last 3 years as at the time of event The applicant or the applicant’s immediate family should not be related to any person employed or contract judges as informed to the applicant at any stage. In case of such relation, the applicant must disclose the same immediately or risk disqualification The applicant once shortlisted cannot be part of any other pageant The organization committee and organizers are not responsible for any of your personal effects and in the case of any miss-conduct have the mandate to decide on the models fate The applicant should not have won the pageant in the previous year. The national expenses (stay/boot camp) will be borne by the organization The applicant will have to participate and behave in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given The organizers are not responsible if the sponsors do not make good on the prizes promised by them The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injuries that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk and have no claim against Mr & Miss Second Option Kenya in any regard Incorrect information given will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation The decision of the judges, organizing committee and organizers is final in all cases Persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any mental illness and having a good moral character can participate made herein The applicant should not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against her Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries and trainings The schedule of the events and qualifications rounds is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers and organizing committee In the event of any dispute, the organizing committee and organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant The organizing committee has the jurisdiction over all disputes All previous top 3 winners of the pageant should not take part again in contesting for the pageant. Only those who did not make it to the top 3 can apply for the Mr & Miss Second Option Kenya in the following year.
